Janseva Manav Kalyan Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities through social awareness, skill development, and livelihood support. We work at the grassroots level to connect people with opportunities, government welfare schemes, and sustainable self-employment for a better and dignified life.
What we do
JANSEVA MANAV KALYAN FOUNDATION supports schools in Vadodara by enabling access to CSR funding for infrastructure and overall student development. We identify school requirements and facilitate support for essential facilities such as classrooms, toilets, drinking water, digital classrooms, and furniture. Along with infrastructure, we help organize digital upgradation programs (AI, mechatronics), guest lectures, soft skills training, handicraft/vocational activities (like handmade agarbatti and jewellery), and sports initiatives (cricket, chess, etc.). Our role is to connect schools with CSR partners, coordinate implementation, and ensure transparent and effective execution of projects.
Projects
Citizen Awareness & Jan Seva Support: Helping people understand and access government schemes, documents, and essential public services through guidance and digital support.
Women Livelihood Projects: Supporting rural women through skill training and income generation in handmade products like jute bags, agarbatti, and jewellery.
Skill Development & Entrepreneurship: Conducting EDP and NSQF-aligned training programs to promote self-employment and micro-enterprises.
School & Community Awareness Programs: Creating awareness about citizen rights, government rules, and social responsibilities.
Street Vendor Support Program: Assisting vendors with FSSAI, MSME registration, banking, and digital payment enablement.
Free Marriage Bureau (Upcoming): A community-based, no-fee matchmaking initiative open to all communities.
